Overview
HUXI LCD overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixed clip design. The product is capable of high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The LCD top-mounted Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a DC brushless motor to achieve mixing and stirring of medium and high viscosity liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the change of sample viscosity, ensuring stable operation under different viscosity conditions.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Rotation speed and Working time set by LCD screen
3. Select coarse or fine adjustment mode for parameter adjustment as needed
4. Start the equipment and start the mixing operation
5. Working time can be fine-tuned during equipment operation
Notice
• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained between 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Pay attention to the safety of the chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
• When there is an overload or abnormality, the device will automatically stop and display a fault
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity of 10000mPa · s
• Impeller clamping diameter range should be between 0.5 and 10mm
