Overview
HUXI LCD top-mounted Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids, models include RWD100/20030051/20030012. The product adopts LCD display screen, has self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting and fixing clip, which is capable of high load, long-term continuous work and outstanding performance. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. It is widely used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin with a brushless DC motor to achieve mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity of the sample, ensuring efficient mixing. The self-locking chuck holds the Impeller and adjusts the position through the Cube lift fixing clip, suitable for solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium and high viscosity samples.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller according to the sample and install it
2. Impeller fixed by self-locking chuck
3. Use the Cube Lifting Clamp to adjust the stirring rod position
4. Rotation speed and time parameters
5. Start the device for mixing operation
6. Monitor operating status and fine-tune parameters if necessary
Notice
• Only for Permissible Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity below 80%
• Avoid overload use, the device will automatically protect and stop
• Check whether the Power supply voltage matches 100-240VAC before use
• Make sure the Impeller is firmly installed to prevent loosening
• Regularly check the integrity of the chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
• Do not use in flammable and explosive environments
