Overview
HUXI LCD overhead Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Models include RWD100/20030078/20030012. The product adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixing clip, which can be capable of high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a brushless DC motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to achieve mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the change of sample viscosity to ensure the mixing effect. In the event of overload, short circuit or abnormal situation, the system will automatically cut off the circuit and alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller type and install it
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod
3. Rotation speed and Working time
4. Start the equipment and start stirring
5. Monitor the operating status and adjust parameters if necessary
