Overview
HUXI LCD top-mounted Stirrer model RWD100/20030084/20030012 is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixed clip, which can handle high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.
Features
1. LCD screen display, Rotation speed and time can be coarsely adjusted, Working time can be fine-tuned under working conditions
2. Speed range 30-2200rpm, constant Rotation speed, high and low speed controllable
3. Adopt brushless DC motor for long-term safe operation
4. Overload and motor protection, abnormal situations automatically cut off the circuit and alarm
5. Configure Impeller penetration hole, no need to adjust the installation height of the instrument
6. The torque can be automatically adjusted according to the sample viscosity
7. Multiple Impellers and Bracket Available
Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a brushless DC motor to generate tangential, axial or radial flow, creating turbulence and shear force for mixing solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium to high viscosity samples. The torque can be automatically adjusted according to the sample viscosity to ensure the mixing effect.
Applications
Chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology
Steps
1. Select the Right Impeller and Install
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod
3. Rotation speed and time parameters
4. Start Stirrer to mix
5. Monitor operating status and fine-tune parameters if necessary
Notice
• Check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of 100-240VAC before use
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5-40 ° C
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Select Impellers that Match Sample Viscosity
• Pay attention to the overload protection function and deal with the fault display in time
• Use non-slip mats to ensure equipment stability
• Regularly check the integrity of the chuck protective cover
