HUXI LCD top-mounted Stirrer (model RWD150/20030043/20030012) is a high-end laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting and fixing clip, which can handle high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin with a brushless DC motor to mix solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium to high viscosity samples. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the change of sample viscosity to ensure the mixing effect.

1. Choose the Right Impeller
2. Install Impeller to Self-locking Chuck
3. Rotation speed and time parameters set by LCD screen
4. Start Stirrer for mixing operations
5. Parameters can be fine-tuned during operation
Notice
• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Note that the clamping diameter range of the Impeller is 0.5-10 mm
• When there is a failure, the device will automatically stop and display the fault information
• Use non-slip pads to ensure stable operation of the equipment
• Regularly check the integrity of the chuck protective cover
