HUXI LCD top-mounted Stirrer (model RWD150/20030087/20030012) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting and fixing clip, which can handle high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety.

Principle
The LCD top-mounted Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a DC brushless motor to achieve mixing and stirring of medium and high viscosity liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the change of sample viscosity, ensuring that the mixing task can be effectively completed under different viscosity conditions.

Steps
1. Select the right Impeller and install it
2. Rotation speed and Working time
3. Stirrer starts working
4. Working time can be fine-tuned as needed during the working process
5. Turn off the equipment after mixing

• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained between 5-40 ℃
• relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Pay attention to the use of chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
• The device will automatically stop and alarm when there is an overload or abnormality
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity of 80000mPa · s
• The clamping diameter range should be controlled between 0.5 and 10mm
