Overview
HUXI LCD top-mounted Stirrer (model RWD150/20030002/20030012) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixed clip, which can handle high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. It is widely used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a brushless DC motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium to high viscosity samples. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity change of the sample, ensuring that the mixing task can be effectively completed under different viscosity conditions.

Steps
1. Select the right Impeller and install it
2. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
3. Rotation speed and Working time set by LCD screen
4. Coarse and fine adjustment settings can be made as required
Step 5 Start the mixing process
6. Turn off the power after the experiment is completed

• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of 100-240VAC
• Ambient Temperature should be kept within 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Pay attention to the safety of the chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
• When there is an overload or abnormality, the device will automatically stop and display a fault
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity of 80000mPa · s
• Impeller clamping diameter range should be between 0.5-10 mm
