Overview
HUXI LCD top-mounted Stirrer (model RWD150/20030067/20030012) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts LCD display screen, has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions, and is capable of high load and long-term continuous work. It is widely used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a brushless DC motor to achieve mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. The Impeller is fixed with a self-locking chuck, and the Rotation speed is controlled by stepless speed regulation. The torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity of the liquid to ensure the mixing effect.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
3. Rotation speed and Working time set by LCD screen
4. Stirrer starts working
5. Power off the device after the work is completed
Notice
• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Impeller should be firmly fixed when installing
• The device will automatically stop when overload or abnormality occurs, and the cause of the failure needs to be checked
• Regularly check the integrity of the chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
