Overview
HUXI LCD top-mounted Stirrer (model RWD150/20030073/20030012) is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. The product adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting and fixing clip, which can handle high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. It is widely used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin with a brushless DC motor to mix solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium to high viscosity samples. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity change of the sample to ensure the mixing effect. In the event of overload, short circuit or abnormal situation, the system will automatically cut off the circuit and alarm to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Steps
1. Select the right Impeller and install it
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod
3. Rotation speed and time parameters
4. Start Stirrer for mixing operations
5. Monitor operating status and fine-tune parameters if necessary
6. Turn off the device after the experiment is completed

• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained between 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• The clamping diameter range should be within 0.5~ 10mm
• Pay attention to the overload protection function to avoid overload operation
• Regularly check the chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
• The device will automatically stop when there is a fault display, please deal with it in time.
