Overview
LCD top-mounted Stirrer is a high-end model of HUXI brand. It is suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids and is safer than LED series. It adopts self-locking chuck and self-developed Cube lifting fixing clip for mixing solid-liquid, liquid-liquid or medium and high viscosity samples. The product is capable of high-load, long-term continuous work with outstanding performance. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The LCD top-mounted Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a DC brushless motor to achieve mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. The torque can be automatically adjusted according to the viscosity of the sample to ensure efficient stirring. Self-locking chuck and Cube lifting fixing clip are used to stabilize the Impeller. When working, the LCD screen displays the Rotation speed and time, supports coarse and fine-tuning. The motor has overload and abnormal protection functions. It automatically cuts off the circuit and alarms to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate Impeller and fix it with a self-locking chuck.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the instrument;
3. Rotation speed and time are set through the LCD screen, which can be coarse and fine-tuned;
4. Start Stirrer and adjust the stirring rod position as needed.
5. Monitor the operating status to ensure that there are no abnormalities.
6. After stirring, turn off the instrument and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range, Frequency 50/60HZ;
• Ambient Temperature should be 5~ 40 ℃, relative humidity should not exceed 80%;
• Avoid overload use, the instrument will automatically protect and alarm;
• Check whether the Impeller is firmly fixed before use;
• Regularly clean and maintain the instrument to prevent clogging or damage.
• Pay attention to safety protection, such as using chuck protective covers and non-slip pads;
• If there is a fault display, stop using it immediately and check it.
