Overview
HUXI LCD Top-mounted Stirrer is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. It adopts LCD display screen and self-locking chuck design. The product is capable of high load and long-term continuous work. It has automatic protection function for overload and abnormal conditions to ensure laboratory safety. Mainly used in chemical synthesis, physical and chemical analysis, petrochemical, cosmetics, health products, food, biotechnology and other fields.

Principle
The Stirrer uses a brushless DC motor to drive the Impeller swirl/spin to mix medium to high viscosity liquids. With stepless speed regulation, the torque can be automatically adjusted according to changes in sample viscosity, ensuring effective mixing under different viscosity conditions.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod
3. Rotation speed and Working time set by LCD screen
4. Stirrer starts working
5. Working time can be fine-tuned as needed during the working process

• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Pay attention to the overload protection function, and deal with the fault display in time
• Use non-slip mats to ensure equipment stability

• Regularly check whether the chuck protective cover is in good condition
