HUXI LCD top-mounted Stirrer model RWD150/20030096/20030012 is a laboratory equipment suitable for mixing medium and high viscosity liquids. Principle
The Stirrer drives the Impeller swirl/spin through a brushless DC motor to achieve mixing of medium and high viscosity liquids. The Impeller is fixed with a self-locking chuck, and the Rotation speed is controlled in the range of 30-2200rpm by stepless speed regulation. The torque can be automatically adjusted according to the change of sample viscosity to ensure the mixing effect.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it into the self-locking chuck
2. Adjust the installation position of the stirring rod
3. Rotation speed and Working time
4. Start the equipment for mixing operation
5. Working time can be fine-tuned as needed during the working process
Notice
• Power supply voltage within 100-240VAC range before use
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained between 5-40 ℃
• The relative humidity should not exceed 80%
• Pay attention to the use of chuck protective cover and non-slip pad
• The device will automatically stop and alarm when there are abnormal conditions such as overload and short circuit
• Do not use under conditions exceeding the maximum viscosity of 80000mPa · s
• Impeller clamping diameter range should be between 0.5 and 10mm
