The Touch Lab TBJ-A1 bar Lab Film Applicator is a newly upgraded product, carefully designed for Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates. The device can repeatedly and continuously prepare smooth, flat and flawless test samples. Principle
The equipment realizes reciprocating linear motion through synchronous belt shaft drive, and the coating speed can be adjusted in the range of 2~ 200mm/s. The principle of Inkjet is used, driven by an air pump, and the amount of material is controlled by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port. The optional automatic inking system supports adjustable ink output to ensure the accuracy and stability of the Spreader process.

Steps
1. Connect the host power supply (single-phase 220V 50Hz 100VA); 2. Connect the air source of the feeding system (0.6Mpa, use the φ 8 trachea); 3. Set the coating speed and parameters through the LCD touch screen; 4. Place the substrate on the Glass plate Spreader stage; 5. Start the device for Spreader operation; 6. When the automatic inking system is optional, adjust the air pressure and the discharge port speed to control the discharge amount.
Notice
• Make sure that the Power supply voltage is 220V, 50Hz; • The air source pressure of the feeding system needs to be 0.6Mpa, and the air pipe is correctly connected to φ 8; • The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa to avoid overpressure use; • Check whether the safety valve, pressure regulating valve, pressure gauge and unloading valve are normal before operation; • Device weight is 180kg, pay attention to safety when handling; • Use only standard or optional parts to avoid incompatible operation.
