Overview
JINGKELIAN ZCJ Heavy-Duty Impact Tester is a device suitable for impact performance testing of various coatings and materials. It can perform construction impact testing, penetration testing and quality management of plastics, Resin and other materials. The device complies with many international and industry standards and provides pass/fail testing and grading testing methods.
Features
1. Impact height up to 1250mm, covering a wide test range
2. Provide 300g and 1000g two drop weight mass options
3. Equipped with two punch diameters of φ 15.9mm and φ 12.7mm.
4. With two die base diameters of φ 16.3mm and φ 31.75mm
5. The catheter scale is marked in centimeters and inches at the same time, compatible with ISO and ASTM standards
6. The size of the workbench is 300 * 240 * 35mm, which is stable and durable
Principle
Heavy-Duty Impact Tester uses impact energy to test the material's impact performance by guiding the weight free-falling impact specimen through a catheter. The test methods are divided into pass/fail test (using the specified mass weight and drop height to check whether it meets the standards) and grading test (measuring the minimum mass and height of the coating cracking or disbonding by gradually increasing the weight height and/or mass).
Applications
Coatings, varnishes, waterborne wood coatings, high viscosity plastic coatings, lamination coatings, architectural impact testing, penetration testing, plastics, Resin, FRP, boards, wood box boards
Standards
GB/T 20624.2-2006, ISO6272.2, ASTM D2794, ASTM D3029, ASTM D4226, Water-based woodenware coatings standards for the chemical industry
Steps
1. Test preparation: prepare a 10x magnification visual lens, place the instrument on a horizontal table, select the corresponding punch and die base according to the standard, install the catheter and fix it with a locking handle, put in the height limit ring and fix it with screws
2. Pass/fail test: adjust the height limit ring to the specified drop weight height, place the test plate and press it tightly, loosen the heavy hammer Impact test plate, check the coating status with a lens, and evaluate the qualification of the five tests for repeability
3. Grading test: Start from the height that is not expected to be damaged, gradually increase the height for Impact test, observe the coating cracking situation, conduct 15 impact tests at different heights, and determine the impact damage endpoint with statistical results
Notice
The test should be carried out under constant temperature and humidity conditions
• Sample sampling, plate processing, drying, etc. shall be carried out in accordance with the standard
• Accessories should be removed in time after the test and stored properly to keep the instrument clean
