Overview
HJQ-2 pneumatic Stirrer is a power device that uses pneumatic motor to use compressed air as the driving force of the working medium and converts pressure energy into mechanical energy by the expansion of compressed gas to realize the stirring and mixing of samples in the experimental environment. Especially suitable for stirring paints, chemicals, solvents, etc. with flammable and explosive substances or high temperature environments.
Features
1. Small Size, High Power, Safe and Light Operation
2. With high rotational torque, it can be started with load
3. Standard pressure gauge, you can check the pressure value at any time
4. Imported self-locking chuck with self-locking function, high concentricity and long service life
5. Cube lifting fixed clip adopts double hole mode, the height can be adjusted arbitrarily, the clamping is stable, and the operation is more stable
6. The whole machine adopts explosion-proof, no spark, no static electricity pneumatic motor, safe operation, not easily affected by external environmental factors
7. Impellers of various specifications are available
Principle
The pneumatic motor uses compressed air as the driving force of the working medium, adopts the expansion of the compressed gas, and converts the pressure energy into mechanical energy, so as to realize the stirring and mixing of the samples in the experimental environment.
Applications
Stirring of paints, chemicals, solvents, etc. in flammable and explosive substances or high temperature environments
Steps
1. Choose the Right Impeller
2. Install Impeller to Self-locking Chuck
3. Adjust the height of the Cube lifting fixing clip
4. Connect the compressed air source
5. Check the pressure value through the pressure gauge
6. Start Stirrer for stirring operation
Notice
• Permissible Ambient Temperature: 5~ 40 ℃
