Overview
HJQ-2 pneumatic Stirrer is a power device that converts pressure energy into mechanical energy through gas expansion using a pneumatic motor with compressed air as a power source. It is suitable for stirring and mixing samples in an experimental environment, especially for flammable and explosive substances or high temperature environments. Stirring paints, chemicals, solvents, etc.
Features
1. Small Size, High Power, Safe and Light Operation
2. With high rotational torque, can start with load
3. Standard pressure gauge, you can check the pressure value at any time
4. Imported self-locking chuck with self-locking function, high concentricity and long service life
5. Cube lifting fixed clip adopts double hole mode, the height can be adjusted arbitrarily, the clamping is stable and the operation is smooth
6. The whole machine adopts explosion-proof, no spark, no static electricity pneumatic motor, safe operation, not easy to be affected by the external environment
7. Provide a variety of specifications Impeller optional
Principle
The pneumatic Stirrer uses a pneumatic motor to use compressed air as the working medium, converts pressure energy into mechanical energy through the expansion of the compressed gas, and drives the Impeller to realize the stirring and mixing of the sample.
Applications
Flammable and explosive substances stirring, high temperature environment stirring, paints stirring, chemical stirring, solvent stirring
Steps
1. Connect the compressed air source
2. Select the appropriate Impeller as needed and install it
3. Adjust the Cube Lifting Clamp to the desired height
4. Start the air motor to stir
5. Monitor pressure values through pressure gauges
6. Turn off the air motor after stirring is complete
Notice
• Check whether the compressed air source is normal before use
• Make sure the Impeller is firmly installed to avoid loosening
• Pay attention to the pressure gauge reading during operation to avoid overpressure operation
• Permissible Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity 80%
• Avoid sparks in flammable and explosive environments
• Regularly check whether all parts of the equipment are in good condition
• Clean and maintain in time after use
