Overview
The HJQ-2 pneumatic Stirrer is a power device that uses a good pneumatic motor to use compressed air as the driving force of the working medium, uses the expansion of compressed gas to convert pressure energy into mechanical energy, so as to realize the stirring and mixing of samples in the experimental environment, etc., especially suitable for stirring paints, chemicals, solvents, etc. with flammable and explosive substances or high temperature environments.
Features
1. Small Size, High Power, Safe and Light Operation
2, with high rotational torque, can start with load
3. Standard pressure gauge, you can check the pressure value at any time
4. Imported self-locking chuck with self-locking function, high concentricity and long service life
5. The Cube lifting and fixing clip adopts double-hole mode, the height can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the clamping is stable, making the operation more stable
6, the whole machine adopts explosion-proof no spark, no static electricity good pneumatic motor, safe operation, not easily affected by external environmental factors
7. Impellers of various specifications are available
Principle
HJQ-2 pneumatic Stirrer is a power device that uses a good pneumatic motor to use compressed air as the driving force of the working medium, uses the expansion of compressed gas, and converts pressure energy into mechanical energy, so as to realize the stirring and mixing of samples in the experimental environment.
Applications
Stirring of paints, chemicals, solvents, etc. with flammable and explosive substances or in high temperature environments
Steps
1. Connect the compressed air source
2. Select the appropriate Impeller according to your needs and install it
3. Adjust the Cube Lifting Fixing Clip to the appropriate height
4. Check the pressure value through the pressure gauge
5. Start Stirrer for stirring operation
