Overview

Principle

Applications
Mixing of flammable and explosive substances, mixing of paints in high temperature environment, stirring of chemicals, stirring of solvents
Steps
1. Connect the compressed air source.
2. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it as required.
3. Adjust the height of the Cube lifting fixed clip;
4. Start the air motor to stir.
5. Monitor the pressure value through the pressure gauge.
6. Turn off the air source after stirring.
Notice
Make sure the compressed air pressure is within the range of 0 to 6 bar.
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5~ 40 ℃;
• relative humidity should not exceed 80%;
• Only applicable to batch processing;
• The viscosity of the stirring medium does not exceed 5000cp;
• Check whether the Impeller is firmly fixed before use;
• Avoid sparks in flammable and explosive environments;
• Regular maintenance of air motors and chuck components.
