Overview
HJQ-2 pneumatic Stirrer is a product of HUXI brand, model HJQ-2/20030081. It uses an air motor to use compressed air as the driving force of the working medium, and converts pressure energy into mechanical energy through the expansion of the compressed gas to realize the stirring and mixing of samples in the experimental environment. The product is especially suitable for stirring paints, chemicals, solvents, etc. with flammable and explosive substances or high temperature environments to ensure safe operation.

Principle
The HJQ-2 pneumatic Stirrer uses a pneumatic motor to use compressed air as the driving force of the working medium, converts pressure energy into mechanical energy through the expansion of the compressed gas, and drives the Impeller to swirl/spin, so as to realize the stirring and mixing of samples in the experimental environment.

Flammable and explosive substances stirring, high temperature environment stirring, paints stirring, chemical stirring, solvent stirring
Steps
1. Connect the compressed air source.
2. Select the appropriate Impeller and install it as required.
3. Adjust the height of the Cube lifting fixing clip;
4. Start the air motor and observe the pressure gauge value.
5. Perform mixing operation;
6. Turn off the air source after the operation is completed.
Notice
Make sure the compressed air pressure is within the range of 0 to 6 bar.
- Operating Ambient Temperature should be between 5~ 40 ℃;
- relative humidity should not exceed 80%;
- Only applicable to batch processing methods;
- Avoid improper use outside flammable and explosive environments;
- Periodically check the abrasion of Impeller and Collet.
