Overview
TBJ-X5-DJ1 Automatic Film Applicator is a China small Spreader test equipment, using imported accessories, affordable, widely used in multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions. The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by controlling the speed and stable pressure of Spreader, significantly improves film reproducibility, and solves the problem of artificial film inconsistency.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the drawdown blade. Blade Coating combined with Vacuum chuck secures the substrate to ensure uniform film. Optional heating or UV light curing function accelerates the coating drying or curing process to improve film mass and efficiency.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Vacuum chuck board; 2. Set the Spreader speed, Travel and thickness parameters through the Touchscreen; 3. Start the device and the drawdown blade automatically performs the Spreader; 4. Optional turn on the heating or UV light curing function; 5. Take out the sample after completion and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Make sure the Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ before operation; • Spreader thickness needs to be adjusted within the range of 0~ 10mm; • Check the flatness of the substrate when using Vacuum chuck; • Pay attention to the temperature accuracy +/- 3 ℃ when using the heating function; • Regularly clean the drawdown blade and vacuum hole to prevent clogging; • Customized functions need to confirm compatibility in advance.
