SANSHEN YM50L Touchscreen Control Vertical Pressure Steam Autoclave is a vertical sterilizing device made of stainless steel and equipped with an upper touch LCD screen. It adopts microcomputer custom program setting, and has many functions such as pressure safety interlock, water shortage automatic replenishment, over-temperature and over-pressure double protection and steam domestic circulation. Principle
The Autoclave generates saturated steam by heating water through an immersion electric heating tube. Under microcomputer control, the sterilize chamber reaches a set pressure and temperature (up to 135 ° C), and sterilizes items through high temperature and high voltage steam. During the sterilizing process, cold air is automatically discharged to ensure the sterilizing effect. After sterilizing, the steam can be discharged automatically or manually.

Standards
Standard for Simple Pressure Vessels
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V/50HZ) and the water supply (pressure ≥ 0.2Mpa).
2. Set sterilizing temperature (105-135 ℃) and sterilizing time (≤ 999min) through Touchscreen.
3. Put the items to be sterilized into the net basket and close the Autoclave cover.
4. Start the sterilizing program, and the equipment automatically completes the process of replenishing water, heating, exhausting and sterilizing.
5. After sterilizing, select automatic exhaust or manual exhaust according to the prompts.
6. After the pressure drops to a safe range, open the upper cover and remove the item.
7. Export or print sterilized records in real time via USB port.
Notice
Make sure that the replenishment pressure is not less than 0.2MPa.
* When the Autoclave is under pressure, the safety interlock device will prevent the upper cover from opening, please do not force it.
* Pay attention to high temperature anti-scalding, please use anti-scalding protective structure when opening the lid.
Please pay attention to the sound and light alarm prompts and deal with water shortage in a timely manner.
When moving the device, use the universal caster with brakes and ensure that the brakes are locked.
