Overview
SANSHEN YM75L Touchscreen Control Vertical Pressure Steam Autoclave is a vertical sterilizing device made of stainless steel and equipped with a radial self-expanding sealing ring. It has touch LCD screen, microcomputer custom program setting, pressure safety interlock device, water shortage automatic replenishment, over-temperature and over-pressure double protection and steam domestic circulation exhaust gas treatment system and other functions. The design pressure is 0.25Mpa, the design temperature is 138 ° C, the temperature setting range is 105-135 ° C, and the volume is 75L. It is a simple Pressure Vessel and can be used without a license according to regulations.

Principle
The Autoclave generates steam by heating an immersion electric heating tube, and uses a microcomputer Control system to precisely control the temperature and pressure in the sterilizing chamber. During the sterilizing process, the cold air is automatically discharged, and the steam is in the closed chamber for domestic circulation. After reaching the preset temperature (up to 135 ° C) and pressure (up to 0.25Mpa), the set time is maintained to complete the sterilization. After the sterilizing is completed, the steam can be discharged automatically or manually.
Steps
1. Check the equipment to ensure that the power and water supply are connected normally.
2. Set the required sterilizing temperature (105-135 ° C) and timing time (≤ 999min) through Touchscreen.
3. Close the Autoclave cover and the device will automatically perform sealing and pressure safety interlocking.
4. Start the sterilizing program, and the equipment will automatically replenish water, heat, exhaust and sterilize.
5. During the sterilization process, the running status and parameters can be observed through the Touchscreen.
6. After sterilizing, the device emits a sound and light alarm, and can choose automatic or manual exhaust.
7. After the pressure drops to a safe range, open the upper cover and take out the sterilized items.
8. Export sterilizing process data records via real-time printing or USB port.
Notice
• The equipment is a simple Pressure Vessel and does not require a license, but it still needs to be used in accordance with the operating procedures.
• Make sure the replenishment pressure is ≥ 0.2Mpa before use.
• Under pressure, it is strictly forbidden to forcibly open the upper cover, and you must wait for the pressure safety interlock device to be released.
• Pay attention to the high temperature and anti-scalding protective structure of the upper cover, and be careful when opening the lid.
• Regularly carry out temperature and stress testing verification through the built-in TT/PT interface to ensure the accuracy of the equipment.
• When moving the device, pay attention to using the universal caster with brakes and lock it.
• Pay attention to the sound and light alarm prompts of the equipment. In case of water shortage or sterilization, it should be dealt with in time.
• After sterilizing, make sure the pressure is completely released before opening the upper cover.
Do not operate beyond the design pressure (0.25MPa) and design temperature (138 ° C).
