Principle
The Autoclave generates high-temperature steam by heating water with an immersion electric heating tube, and uses a microcomputer Control system to precisely control the temperature, pressure and time of the sterilizing process. During the sterilizing process, the cold air is automatically discharged to ensure that the sterilizing chamber is filled with saturated steam to achieve the sterilizing effect. After sterilizing, the steam can be discharged automatically or manually.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V/50HZ) and the water supply (pressure ≥ 0.2Mpa).
2. Set the required sterilizing temperature (105-135 ° C) and sterilizing time (≤ 999min) through Touchscreen.
3. Place the items to be sterilized and close the Autoclave cover.
4. Start the sterilizing program, and the equipment will automatically complete the process of replenishing water, heating, exhausting and sterilizing.
5. After sterilizing, you can choose automatic exhaust or manual exhaust.
6. After the pressure drops to a safe range, open the upper cover and remove the item.
7. Export sterilizing process data via real-time printing or USB port.
Notice
• The equipment is a simple Pressure Vessel and does not require a license, but it still needs to be used in accordance with the operating procedures.
• Ensure that the replenishment pressure is not less than 0.2Mpa to ensure the normal function of automatic replenishment.
• When the Autoclave is under pressure, the safety interlock device will lock the upper cover and forcibly open it is strictly prohibited.
• Please pay attention to high temperature parts during operation to avoid burns.
