SANSHEN YM30LII Vertical Pressure Vapor Autoclave is a 30L microcomputer program control device made of S30408 stainless steel and radial self-expanding silicone sealing ring. It has a lever cover structure, the control panel is placed on the flap for easy operation and observation, and integrates a variety of safety and automation functions such as pressure safety interlock, low water level automatic water replenishment, and over-temperature protection. This product is a simple Pressure Vessel and can be used without a license according to regulations.

Principle
The Autoclave controls the heating process through a microcomputer program. After the device is powered on, it is heated according to the set program (temperature, time), generating high temperature and high voltage steam to sterilize items. The computer board has a PID function, which can precisely control the heating parameters through self-tuning to prevent temperature overshoot and ensure that the temperature is stable within the accuracy of the set value of +/- 0.5 ° C. During the sterilizing process, the pressure gauge synchronously displays the pressure and temperature in the cavity. After the set sterilizing time is reached, the device stops heating and sends a prompt.

Steps
1. Check the power supply and water supply connection of the equipment to ensure that the water supply pressure is between 0.2-0 MPa.
2. Open the upper cover of the device and put in the items to be sterilized.
3. Close the top cover.
4. Set the desired sterilizing temperature (105-136 ° C) and sterilizing time (≤ 999 minutes) through the control panel on the flip.
5. Start the sterilizing program, and the equipment will automatically complete the heating and insulation timing process.
6. After sterilizing, the equipment buzzer prompts that after the pressure drops to the safe range, the pressure safety interlock device can be opened and the lid can be opened to take out the item.
Notice
* The device must be under pressure and cannot open the upper cover. Please be sure to wait until the pressure gauge shows that the pressure has dropped to a safe range before opening the cover.
If the temperature exceeds the set value by 2 degrees Celsius during operation, the equipment will automatically stop heating and alarm, and the cause of the failure needs to be checked.
* Pay attention to maintain the replenishment pressure within the range of ≥ 0.2Mpa and ≤ 0.3Mpa to ensure the normal automatic replenishment function of the low water level.
When moving the device, use the universal caster with brakes and ensure that the brakes are locked in a fixed position.
When opening the lid, please pay attention to the high temperature and anti-scalding protective structure of the upper lid to avoid burns.
Do not exceed the equipment's designed Operating Pressure (0.23MPa) and Operating temperature (136 ° C).
* Regularly verify the temperature and pressure through the built-in TT/PT interface to ensure the sterilizing effect.
* Although this product is a simple Pressure Vessel, it does not need to be certified, but it still needs to be maintained and operated in accordance with the relevant specifications of Pressure Vessel.
