Principle
The Autoclave generates high temperature and high voltage steam by electric heating, and uses a microcomputer program to control the heating process, so that the sterilizing chamber reaches and maintains the set sterilizing temperature (such as 121 ° C or 134 ° C) and pressure. Within the set sterilizing time, the high temperature and high voltage steam penetrates the item, effectively killing all microorganisms including bacterial spores, and achieving the purpose of sterilizing. After sterilizing, the equipment automatically or manually vents the pressure down to complete the sterilizing cycle.

Steps
1. Check the status of the equipment to ensure that the power supply and water supply are connected normally and the water level is sufficient.
2. Put the items to be sterilized into the sterilizing basket, and pay attention to the placement should not be too tight.
3. Close the Autoclave cover to ensure good sealing.
4. Set the required sterilizing temperature, time and other parameters through the control panel.
5. Start the sterilizing program, and the equipment will automatically complete the process of heating, sterilizing, heat preservation, and exhaust.
6. After sterilizing, the buzzer prompts to open the upper cover after the pressure gauge shows zero and the temperature drops to a safe range.
7. Remove sterilized items for subsequent processing or storage.
Notice
* The equipment must be reliably grounded and ensure that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (AC220V/50HZ).
* Autoclave Operating Pressure is 0.23Mpa, design pressure is 0.25Mpa, and overpressure is strictly prohibited.
The replenishment pressure should be maintained between 0.2 MPa and 0.3 MPa.
* During the sterilizing process, it is strictly forbidden to open the pressure interlock device or forcibly open the lid.
When the equipment is running, do not touch high-temperature parts to prevent burns.
Regularly check whether safety devices such as safety valves (relief pressure 0.24Mpa) are normal and effective.
* When sterilizing the liquid, the liquid sterilizing mode or natural chill down is required to prevent the liquid from boiling and splashing due to rapid exhaust.
* Do not sterilize items such as flammable, explosive, corrosion or airtight liquids.
* When the equipment is not used for a long time, please empty the inner cavity and keep it clean and drying.
