SANSHEN YM75LII vertical pressure steam Autoclave is a microcomputer program-controlled sterilizing device with a volume of 75L. It is made of S30408 stainless steel and is a simple Pressure Vessel. It can be used without a license according to regulations. The operating temperature of the device can be set arbitrarily within the range of 105-136 ° C, and the temperature control accuracy can reach +/- 0.5 ° C. It is suitable for steam sterilizing needs of a variety of items.

Principle
The Autoclave generates high-temperature saturated steam by electric heating. The microcomputer program controls the entire sterilizing process, including heating, insulation timing and other stages. The device precisely controls the temperature through the PID function to prevent flushing. In a closed Pressure Vessel, high-temperature and high voltage saturated steam is used to sterilize items to achieve the purpose of killing microorganisms.

Steps
1. Check the power supply and replenishment pressure of the equipment (≥ 0.2Mpa ≤ 0.3Mpa).
2. Open the upper cover of the device and put in the items to be sterilized.
3. Operating temperature (105-136 ℃) and sterilizing time (≤ 999min) are set through the control panel.
4. Close the upper cover and start the sterilizing procedure.
5. The equipment will automatically complete the heating, sterilizing and timing process, and have the function of automatic replenishment of low water level.
6. After sterilizing, the buzzer prompts, after the pressure drops to a safe range, open the lever cover to take out the item.
Notice
• The equipment has a pressure safety interlock device, and it is strictly forbidden to forcibly open the upper cover under pressure.
• Please ensure that the replenishment pressure is between 0.2Mpa and 0.3Mpa before use.
• During the sterilizing process, if the temperature exceeds the set value by 2 ° C, the equipment will automatically stop heating and alarm, and the fault needs to be checked.
• The relief pressure of the safety valve is 0.24MPa, please do not adjust it at will.
• When moving your device, use a universal caster with brakes and pay attention to safety.
• When opening the lid, please pay attention to the high temperature and anti-scalding protective structure of the upper lid to avoid burns.
• Please carry out temperature and stress testing verification through the built-in TT/PT interface regularly to ensure the performance of the equipment.
