SANSHEN YM100LII vertical pressure steam Autoclave is a microcomputer program-controlled sterilizing equipment with a volume of 100L. It is made of S30408 stainless steel. Operating temperature can be set arbitrarily in the range of 105-136 ° C, and the temperature control accuracy can reach +/- 0.5 ° C. It is suitable for high temperature and high voltage steam sterilization of items in laboratories, medical and other fields.

Principle
The Autoclave generates high temperature and high voltage saturated steam by electric heating. The microcomputer program controls the heating process, so that the sterilizing chamber reaches and maintains a set temperature (such as 121 ° C or 134 ° C) and pressure (Operating Pressure 0.23Mpa) for a certain period of time. Under this condition, the saturated steam can effectively kill all microorganisms including bacterial spores, and realize the sterilization of items. After sterilizing, the system automatically stops heating.

Steps
1. Check the equipment status to ensure that the water level is normal.
2. Put the sterilized items into the sterilizing basket and put them in the sterilizing room.
3. Close the upper cover and ensure sealing.
4. Set the required sterilizing temperature, time and other parameters through the control panel.
5. Start the sterilizing program, and the equipment will automatically complete the heating, sterilizing and heat preservation process.
6. After sterilizing, the buzzer prompts, after the pressure drops to a safe range, open the upper cover and take out the item.
Notice

• Ensure that the replenishment pressure is between 0.2Mpa and 0.3Mpa.
• When Autoclave is under pressure, it is strictly forbidden to forcibly open the upper cover.
• The items placed should not be too full, and a gap should be left to ensure steam circulation.
