Overview
SANSHEN YX600W horizontal circular pressure steam Autoclave is a durable device made of stainless steel with a large capacity sterilizing chamber of 300L. The device uses microcomputer automatic control of the whole process, and fully displays the setting parameters and dynamic temperature and timing values through LED digital tubes. It is equipped with dual pressure and dual temperature display and Control system.

Principle
The Autoclave generates high temperature and high voltage steam through electric heating, and uses a microcomputer Control system to precisely PID control the temperature and pressure of the sterilizing chamber. The system monitors through dual temperature and dual pressure sensors, and automatically completes the whole process including heating, sterilizing, holding, exhaust (or drying) according to the set temperature and time program. Electronic interlocking device ensures that the door cannot be opened under pressure conditions to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Check whether the equipment power supply (three-phase five-wire 380V/50Hz) and water supply pressure (≥ 0.2Mpa ≤ 0.3Mpa) meet the requirements.
2. Put the items to be sterilized into the sterilized room and close the door to ensure that the electronic interlocking device is in place.
3. Set the required sterilizing temperature (RT + 5~ 134 ℃) and sterilizing time (1~ 99.59min/h) through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the microcomputer will automatically control the heating, sterilizing and heat preservation process.
5. After the sterilizing heat preservation is completed, the exhaust steam method is selected according to the type of sterilized substance.
6. After the pressure drops to a safe range, open the Autoclave door and remove the item.
7. If drying is required, the function can be activated in a specific mode.
Notice
Equipment must use a three-phase five-wire 380V/50Hz power supply and ensure reliable grounding.
• The replenishment pressure needs to be maintained between 0.2Mpa and 0.3Mpa.
• The Autoclave door must be completely closed and the electronic interlock device confirmed to be in place before it can start working.
• When there is pressure in the sterilizing room, it is strictly forbidden to force open the door lock or swirl/spin the handwheel.
• During the operation of the equipment, please pay attention to the over-temperature alarm and other status indicators.
• Regularly check safety components such as safety valves and self-expanding silicone rubber sealing rings.
Do not operate beyond the rated capacity of the equipment (300L) and the maximum temperature (134 ° C).
