SANSHEN YX450W horizontal circular pressure steam Autoclave is a durable device with a stainless steel body. It realizes automatic control of the whole process through a microcomputer, has LED digital display and PID temperature control function, and is suitable for occasions that require high temperature and high voltage steam sterilization.

Principle
The equipment generates high temperature and high voltage steam through electric heating to sterilize the items in the sterilized room. The microcomputer Control system automatically manages the whole process of heating, temperature control (PID temperature control), pressure control, water replenishment, timing and safety interlock to ensure effective sterilization at the set temperature and time.

Steps
1. Check the status of the equipment to ensure that the power and water supply are connected normally.
2. Put the items to be sterilized into the sterilizing room and close the Autoclave door to ensure that the electronic interlocking device is in place.
3. Set the required sterilizing temperature and time through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the microcomputer will automatically control the heating, replenishing water, sterilizing, heat preservation and exhaust steam process.
5. After the sterilizing and drying (if enabled) process is completed, the device will issue a prompt. After the pressure drops to a safe range, the Autoclave door can be opened to take out the items.
Notice
• The power supply of the equipment is 380V/50Hz with three-phase five-wire system and Power 7.5kW. It is necessary to ensure that the power supply meets the requirements.
• The replenishment water pressure should be within the range of ≥ 0.2Mpa and ≤ 0.3Mpa.
• When the Autoclave door is not in place or locked, the equipment will not supply steam to work to ensure safety.
• Under pressure conditions, the door lock of the sterilizing room cannot be opened, and it is strictly forbidden to open it forcibly.
• Pay attention to observe the over-temperature alarm, if the alarm occurs, the device will stop heating.
• During the operation of the equipment, pay attention to the water level and pressure status.
• According to the type of sterilized items, choose the appropriate exhaust method after the heat preservation.
