Overview
MMD-400 Multifunctional Cryogenic Grinding Instrument is a special equipment for fine grinding and fine grinding of hard, medium hard and brittle samples in the laboratory. It is suitable for cereals, oil seeds, soil, Tobacco, wood, animal feed, cheese, fruit, bone, hair, plant and animal tissues, fertilizers, electronic waste, sludge, alloys, coal, ore, chemicals, plastics, ceramics, Glass, DNA extraction and other samples.
Features
1. Adopt large-screen Touchscreen operation display, and the operation settings are simple and easy to understand.
2. Equipped with memory function, it can store a variety of operation programs.
3. Intelligent control, grinding time controllable, time and speed can also be set and displayed.
4. The ground results have high repeatability.
5. Fast grinding and homogenization, short grinding time, fast sample prepative for XRF analysis, Processing capacity is large.
6. Dual tank grinding, and can provide high-throughput grinding for biological samples.
7. A variety of different materials, volume grinding tank to choose from, a wide range of applications, no loss of temperature grinding, can be tightened, sealing type grinding tank design.
8. Comfortable low temperature grinding, can be used for heat sensitive materials without long-term freezing process, and the consumption of liquid nitrogen is minimal.
9. Crushing of animal and plant cell tissue or suspension cells can handle more than 10 samples at a time.
10. Low temperature grinding prevents molecular degradation due to pressure and heat.
11. For most materials, it only takes tens of seconds to grind, mix and homogenize the sample.
Principle
The equipment processes samples by vibrating grinding. The grinding tank vibrates at a high speed at a set vibration speed (60-1800rpm) and Frequency (1-30Hz), so that the grinding medium (such as grinding balls) in the tank produces Impact, friction and shear force on the sample, so as to achieve the purpose of crushing, grinding, mixing and homogenization. Support a variety of grinding methods such as dry grinding, wet grinding, low temperature grinding and high flux grinding.
Applications
Grains, Oilseeds, Soil, Tobacco, Wood, Animal Feed, Cheese, Fruits, Bones, Hair, Plant and Animal Tissues, Fertilizers, Electronic Waste, Sludge, Alloys, Coal, Minerals, Chemicals, Plastics, Ceramics, Glass, DNA Extraction
