Overview
HUXI ST-12 water bath Nitrogen blowing instrument is specially designed for condensing samples in chemical laboratories. It adopts purge and trap technology to achieve rapid oxygen-free condensation of sample solutions through temperature control heating and nitrogen purge. It has the characteristics of time saving, convenience and accuracy. It solves the problem of slow condensing speed and troublesome operation of Rotary evaporator. It is especially suitable for small quantities of multiple samples and samples that cannot be heated.
Features
1. Each air needle channel in the distribution room can be combined or used separately, each air needle can be switched on and off separately, and the height can be adjusted
2. Gas flow rate can be adjusted separately, using self-equilibrating suspension lifting system
3. The digital thermostat adopts PID technology, dual digital display, and supports over-temperature alarm
4. The solvent contact parts are made of 316 stainless steel, which is easy to clean and can be used in the fume cupboard
5. Gas flow rate meter and pressure regulating valve are optional
6. Standard φ 15mm tuberack, special specifications can be pre-ordered
Principle
The Nitrogen blowing instrument adopts purge and trap technology, heating the sample by temperature control, and using inert gases such as nitrogen to quickly, controllably and continuously blow to the surface of the sample to achieve oxygen-free condensation of the sample solution.

Steps
1. Adjust the height of the distribution room as needed
2. Switch each air needle channel separately
3. Gas flow rate of each channel is adjusted separately
4. Set the temperature parameters of the digital thermostat
5. Put the instrument in the fume cupboard
6. Gas flow rate meter and pressure regulating valve are optional
Notice
● The solvent contact parts are made of 316 stainless steel and need to be cleaned regularly
● When using, put the whole machine into the fume cupboard
● Special tuberacks need to be booked in advance
● Note that the temperature control accuracy is +/- 1 ℃, Temperature range is RT +~ 100 ℃
Nitrogen consumption is 330ml/min/sample (adjustable)
