Overview
YONGLIDA CSB-5 Zahn Cup (Immersion) is a portable, immersion viscosity cup, model CSB-5, with a flow hole diameter of 5.28mm, suitable for testing the viscosity of Newtonian or near-Newtonian liquids.

Principle
The CSB Zahn Cup measures the time or volume required for the liquid to flow out of the standard flow hole by immersion in the liquid, and calculates the viscosity in combination with the correction factor. It is suitable for Newtonian or approximate Newtonian liquids.

Steps
1. Prepare the CSB-5 Zahn Cup and check for cleanliness;
2. Immerse the cup in the liquid to be tested to the specified depth.
3. Record the process or time of liquid flowing out of the orifice.
4. Calculate the viscosity value based on the outflow data and the correction factor.
5. Clean the cup and store it.
Notice
• Only suitable for Newtonian or near-Newtonian liquids;
• Ambient Temperature to be controlled at 25 ℃ +/- 0.2 ℃;
• Make sure the cup is clean and drying before use;
The correction factor should be verified within the range of 0.95 to 1.05.
• Avoid using liquids that are not in the specified viscosity range.
