Overview
The YONGLIDA CSB-2 Zahn Cup (Immersion) is a portable, immersion viscosity cup, model CSB-2, with an outflow aperture of 2.74mm. This product meets ASTM D4212-93 Standard Test Method for Immersion Viscosity Cups for testing the viscosity of Newtonian or near-Newtonian liquids.

Principle
CSB Zahn Cup calculates viscosity by measuring the time it takes for a liquid to flow out of a standard pore size. Liquids flow out of a 2.74mm pore size under standard conditions. According to the relationship between outflow time and viscosity, combined with a correction factor, an accurate viscosity value is obtained.

Steps
1. Immerse the viscosity cup into the liquid to be tested
2. Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is controlled at 25 ℃ +/- 0.2 ℃
3. Record the time for the liquid to completely flow out of the outflow hole
4. Calculate viscosity values based on outflow time and correction factor
