Overview
HZAOC GDJW-800B low/high temperature test Chamber is suitable for the adaptability test of electrical, electronic products, components, parts and materials in high and low temperature environment storage, transportation and use, as well as temperature gradual change test, and stress screening test for electronic components. The box adopts the overall structure, the inner side is 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outer side is 1.0mm Cold rolled steel plate spraying, and the thermal insulation material is ultra-Glass fine thermal insulation cotton.
Features

2. The door sealing is made of double-decked silicone rubber sealing material to ensure sealing.
3. The observation window is a multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow Glass, with built-in heating wire to prevent frost, and lighting.
4. The side of the box is equipped with φ 50mm test hole, the stopper is silicone rubber low foam material, high and low temperature resistance and thermal insulation.
5. The heating system adopts porcelain frame nickel-chromium wire electric heating device, which has small thermal inertness and long service life.
6. Low temperature refrigeration adopts French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor unit and uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant.
7. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, equipped with PT100 Sensor and Solid State Relay, accurate and stable control.
8. Safety protection measures are provided, including phase loss protection, over-temperature protection, leakage protection, etc.
9. The air supply method is the upper air supply and the lower air return to ensure uniform temperature.
Principle
The low/high temperature test Chamber realizes temperature control through the heating system and the refrigeration system. The heating device adopts a porcelain frame nickel-chrome wire electric heating device, which is controlled by a solid-state relay by outputting a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal from the meter; the low temperature refrigeration adopts a French Taikang fully enclosed Compressor unit and uses R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant. The temperature sensor is placed in a trend, and the Control system monitors the temperature through the PT100 Sensor, and uses the upper air supply and lower air return mode to ensure the uniform temperature of the studio.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is AC380V +/- 10%, three-phase five-wire system.
2. Check the water source and use deionized water or purified water.
3. Turn on the power of the device and start the function through the operation panel.
4. Set Temperature range, heating rate, cooling rate and timing time.
5. Start the circulating fan to ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration and heating system.
6. Monitor temperature fluctuations and uniformity to ensure compliance with test requirements.
7. After the test is completed, power off the equipment.
Notice
Equipment Ambient Temperature should be between 5~ 28 ℃, Humidity ≤ 85% R.H.
• Power supply voltage must be AC380V +/- 10%, three-phase five-wire system.
• Use deionized water or purified water as a source of water.
• Make sure the circulating fan is normal before starting, otherwise the refrigeration and heating system will not start.
Safety protection system, such as over-temperature protector, high voltage control, etc.
• Avoid opening the door while the equipment is running to prevent temperature fluctuations.
• Disconnect the power supply during maintenance to ensure safety.
