Overview
The laboratory three-stage pipeline emulsification pump (model: MXR-1.5-3) is a high-efficiency dispersed emulsification device with horizontal structure. Its working chamber is equipped with three sets of rotating stators, and the motor high-speed swirl/spin generates a strong suction force. The material is sucked in and passed through multiple stages and multiple layers of rotating stators. Dispersion, shearing, emulsification, through continuous processing, and finally stable high-quality products are obtained. It is especially suitable for mixing, dispersing, dissolving and emulsification of liquid-liquid or mutually soluble materials.
Features
1. Simple and convenient operation: its own circulating barrel, good conveying capacity, convenient solvent self-circulation cleaning, no need to equip additional conveyor pump, double-decked chill down barrel design to effectively control the temperature of the equipment.
2. High experimental efficiency and stable product quality: the linear speed of the equipment can reach more than 20m/s, which can quickly and evenly distribute materials, achieve the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, and the final product is stable and not easy to delamination.
3. High processing accuracy: The rotating stator is made of forging material and CNC machining center, with minimal clearance, good shear limit fineness and high emulsification and dispersion efficiency; double-ended mechanical sealing design is adopted, no leakage, and maintenance costs are reduced.
4. Strong non-standard: materials can be customized according to requirements, such as SS304, SS316L/titanium alloy/titanium molybdenum nickel alloy and other unconventional materials; explosion-proof equipment can be customized, and frequency conversion speed regulation can be optional.
Principle
The emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure and is equipped with three sets of rotating stators with precision pair coupling in a long and narrow working chamber. The motor drives the intermediate shaft to run at high speed, forming a vacuum to suck the material into the rotating stator chamber. The extremely high linear speed of the rotor makes the material fly out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shearing between the rotating and stator gaps, resulting in strong turbulence. The material flows out from the outlet and enters the Mixing Tank cycle, so that the insoluble solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase disperse emulsification uniformly and finely in an instant.
Applications
Dispersion and emulsification of materials in biological, food, Coatings, inks, Spinning & weaving auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants, pesticides and other industries.
