Overview
JFS-400 frequency conversion Disperser is a manual lifting experimental equipment of QIWEI brand, which integrates mixing, sand grinding, dispersion and other functions. The equipment adopts Minbu motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, brushless mechanical abrasion, environmental protection, etc. Rotation speed is directly displayed through the frequency conversion controller.

Principle
Rotation speed of the motor is adjusted by the frequency conversion controller to achieve a speed range of 0-2800r/min, drive the dispersion disc or sand disc to swirl/spin, and stir, disperse or grind the material. Manual adjustment of working position by dual-axis constant force lifting system.

Steps
1. Plug in the power supply, the meter shows "0000".
2. Turn the potentiometer knob to the left and press the "Run" button to start the work.
3. Use the "Delta" button on the control box to rise and the "▽" button to descend, and press and hold it to lift and lower without letting go.
4. Press the "Stop" button to stop the motor from running.
5. Cut off the power and shut down
Notice
• Press and hold the button during the lifting process and do not release it.
• Make sure the cartridge is fixed in the holder before operation
• The position of the rotating shaft and the container needs to be properly adjusted
• Cut off the power supply in time after use
