Overview
JFS-550B frequency conversion Disperser is a manual lifting experimental equipment of QIWEI brand, which integrates mixing, sand grinding, dispersion and other functions. The equipment adopts Minbu motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, brushless mechanical abrasion, environmental protection, etc. Rotation speed is directly displayed through the frequency conversion controller.
Features
1. Set mixing, sand grinding, dispersion and other functions in one;
2. Using Minbu motor, small size, low noise, no carbon brush mechanical abrasion, environmental protection;
3. Rotation speed displayed directly by frequency conversion controller;
4. Double axis constant force lifting system, easy to lift;
5. The dispersion disc and sand disc are directly connected with screws for the rotating shaft;
6. The left and right grippers fix the barrel, and the barrel body adopts a jacket structure.
Principle
The JFS-550B variable frequency Disperser adjusts the motor Rotation speed through the variable frequency controller to realize the functions of stirring, grinding and dispersion. The motor drives the shaft to drive the dispersion disc or sand disc swirl/spin to handle the material. The lifting system allows to adjust the high and low positions of the shaft and the capacity in the container to adapt to different operating needs.
Steps
1. Plug in the power supply, and the meter displays "0000";
2. Turn the potentiometer knob to the left and press the "Run" button to start the work;
3. Use the "Delta" button on the control box to rise and the "▽" button to fall, and press and hold the button without loosening to move the motor;
4. Press the "Stop" button to stop the motor from running;
5. Cut off the power and shut down.
Notice
• During the rise or fall, the button needs to be pressed and not released;
• Before operation, make sure that the barrel is fixed in the holder, and the barrel cover hole is in line with the motor shaft;
• Adjust the motor locking bolt to adjust the position of the shaft;
• Cut off the power supply in time after use.
