Overview
JFS-750B frequency conversion Disperser is a manual lifting test equipment of QIWEI brand, which integrates mixing, sand grinding, dispersion and other functions. The equipment adopts Minbu motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, brushless mechanical abrasion, environmental protection, etc. Rotation speed is directly displayed through the frequency conversion controller.

Principle
Rotation speed of the motor is adjusted by the frequency conversion controller to realize stirring, grinding and dispersion functions. The dispersion disc and grinding disc are directly connected to the rotating shaft, and the position is adjusted by the dual-axis constant force lifting system, which is suitable for different barrel capacities.
Steps
1. Plug in the power supply, and the meter displays "0000";
2. Turn the potentiometer knob to the left and press the "Run" button to start the work;
3. The "Delta" on the control box is the rise button, and the "▽" is the drop button. During the rise and fall process, press and hold the button and do not release it, and the motor moves up and down;
4. Press the "Stop" button to stop the motor from running;
5. Cut off the power and shut down.
Notice
• Make sure the clamping rod is flat and upward when installing;
• The barrel is fixed in the holder, and the barrel cover hole is consistent with the motor shaft;
• Adjust the motor locking bolt to adjust the high and low positions of the rotating shaft and the capacity in the container;
• Press and hold the button during the rise and fall process and do not release it;
• Cut off the power supply and shut down after the operation is completed.
