Principle
The instrument contacts the measured liquid through the Electrode Sensor to measure the conductivity of the solution and calculate the total dissolved solids (TDS) value accordingly. At the same time, the built-in temperature sensor measures the temperature of the solution and corrects the conductivity /TDS Measured value through the automatic temperature compensation function to eliminate the influence of temperature on the measurement result and ensure the accurate reading.

Steps
1. Boot preparation: ensure that the instrument has sufficient power (the battery power symbol can be observed).
2. Calibrate (if necessary): Enter the calibrate mode (with the calibrate mode symbol prompt) and use the standard solution to calibrate.
3 measurement: Electrode immersed in the liquid to be tested.
4. Reading: Wait for the value to stabilize, and the LCD display will display the Conductivity detector /TDS value (⑤ area) and the temperature value (6 area) and its units (0006, 8 area) at the same time.
5. Data retention (if required): The current reading can be locked using the data retention function (④ symbol).
6. Timing function (if required): Timing measurement can be performed using timing symbols (③).

• Do not use beyond the Measurement range of the instrument, conductivity Measurement range is 0~ 199μS/2.00~ 19.99mS, TDS Measurement range is 0~ 1999ppm/0~ 19.99ppt.
• The temperature of the tested solution should be within the range of 0 ° C to 60 ° C, and the operating temperature of the instrument should be 0~ 50 ° C.
• Environmental humidity should be ≤ 85% RH.
• Clean the Electrode after use and keep it safe.
• Pay attention to the battery level and replace it in time to ensure measurement accuracy.
