Overview
The SMART SENSOR PH value tester is a Portable instrument for the measurement of acid alkalinity in solutions. It uses a PH composite Electrode component for detection, is equipped with an LCD display and a variety of function buttons, and is easy to operate. The instrument uses a three-point correction method, which usually needs to be corrected before measurement to ensure accuracy.
Features
1. Adopt three-point correction method to ensure measurement accuracy.
2. Equipped with a backlit LCD display, the reading is clear.
3. With Celsius/Fahrenheit switching function.
4. With MAX/MIN/HOLD data retention function.
5. Provide Electrode head storage bottle and maintenance fluid for easy Electrode maintenance.
6. Measurement range, 0.00~ 14.00ph.
Principle
The instrument senses the hydrogen ion concentration of the tested solution through the PH composite Electrode component, converts the chemical signal into an electrical signal (mV value), and finally displays the corresponding PH value on the LCD display screen after internal circuit processing. During the measurement process, the instrument can automatically compensate according to the solution temperature to improve Measurement accuracy.
Applications
Water quality testing, laboratory analysis, industrial production process control, agricultural soil testing, education and research

Steps
1. Open the battery cover on the back of the instrument and put in the DC9V alkaline battery for power supply.
2. If the detection Electrode has been replaced, it needs to be corrected before measurement. Generally, it can be corrected once a month.
3. Before correction, place the correction liquid in an environment of 25 degrees Celsius.
4. Press and hold the "MODE" button to make the instrument enter the "CAL 1", "CAL 2", and "CAL 3" flashing state in sequence.
5. Perform PH4.0 solution correction: In the "CAL 1" flashing state, wash the Electrode with distillation water, and then put it in the PH4.0 solution.
6. After waiting for the mV test value to stabilize, press and hold the "BACK/LIGHT" button for 3 seconds until the "CAL1 4.00" flash disappears, that is, the PH4.0 solution correction is completed.
7. Please refer to steps 5-6 to complete the correction of "CAL 2" and "CAL 3" using Miscellaneous standard solution.
8. After the correction is completed, it can be used to measure the pH value of the solution.
Notice
• The instrument is powered by a DC9V alkaline battery.
• Before measuring the pH value of the solution, if the probe Electrode has been replaced, it must be corrected first.
• Electrode correction, not every time before use to be corrected, the general measurement interval is short, once a month to correct.
• When correcting, the correction liquid needs to be placed in an environment of 25 degrees Celsius.
• During the calibration process, the Electrode needs to be cleaned with distillation water and confirmed after the Electrode state and mV value are stable.
• Instrument Ambient Temperature 0~ 35 ℃, Humidity 0~ 80% RH.
• Temperature range of the measured solution is 5~ 60 ℃.
