Overview
The new generation BPN series Co2 incubator is an upgraded product of the original HH · CP series, using infrared CO2 Sensor, the control accuracy is accurate and stable, and it is not affected by temperature and Humidity. The product model is BPN-50CH (UV), the volume is 50L, the Temperature range is RT + 5~ 55 ℃, the CO2 control range is 0~ 20%, and it is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization system.
Features
1. Humanized design: stackable placement (two layers), microcomputer LCD controller, stainless steel liner and shelf, four corners and half arc transition, shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded.
2. Infrared Sensor: monitors CO2 gas at a fast speed, is not affected by external temperature Humidity fluctuations, and maintains stable and uniform concentration.
3. Microbial Effective Filter: The CO2 inlet is equipped with a Filter, which has a 99.99% filtration efficiency for particles with a diameter of ≥ 0.3 μm, effectively penetrating bacteria and dust.
4. Automatic control of circulating fan speed: The fan speed is automatically adjusted, and the wind speed is reduced when thermostatic to avoid sample volatilization.
5, door heating system: Glass door heating door to prevent condensation and microbial contamination.
6. Safety function: independent temperature limit alarm system (optional), low temperature, high temperature, over-temperature alarm and long door opening time alarm.
7. Ultraviolet sterilization system: The ultraviolet sterilization lamp is located at the top and back of the box, and is regularly disinfected to kill the floating bacteria of circulating air and humidifying pan water vapor.
Principle
The infrared CO2 Sensor is used to monitor the CO2 concentration in the box with high control accuracy and stability, and is not affected by temperature Humidity. The circulating fan speed is automatically adjusted to reduce the wind speed in the thermostatic state to protect the sample. The door heating system prevents the condensation of the Glass door, and the ultraviolet sterilization system regularly sterilizes the air and moisture in the box to ensure the safety of the cell fostering environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set temperature and CO2 concentration parameters.
3. Install or remove shelves as needed.
4. Regularly start the UV sterilization system for disinfection.
5. Monitor the alarm function to ensure safe operation.

• Environmental humidity needs to be evaporated naturally ≥ 90%.
