Overview
The new generation BPN series Co2 incubator is an upgraded product of the original HH · CP series. It adopts infrared CO2 Sensor, and the control accuracy is accurate and stable, and it is not affected by temperature and Humidity. The product has the characteristics of effective microbial infiltrate, automatic control of circulating fan speed, door temperature heating system, safety function and ultraviolet sterilization system.
Features
1. Humanized design: stackable placement (two layers), microcomputer LCD controller, stainless steel liner and shelf, four corners and half arc transition, shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, easy to clean.
2. Infrared Sensor: Monitoring carbon dioxide gas speed, not affected by external temperature Humidity fluctuations, keep the CO2 concentration in the box stable and uniform.
3. Microbial Effective Filter: The CO2 air inlet is equipped with a Filter, which has a penetrating efficiency of 99.99% for particles with a diameter of ≥ 0.3 μm, effectively penetrating bacteria and dust particles.
4. Automatic control of circulating fan speed: The fan speed can be automatically adjusted, and the wind speed can be reduced when thermostatic to avoid sample volatilization.
5. Door heating system: The box door is heated to the inner Glass door to prevent condensation and microbial contamination.
6. Safety function: independent temperature limit alarm system (optional), low temperature, high temperature, over-temperature alarm and door opening time is too long alarm.
7. Ultraviolet sterilization system: The ultraviolet sterilization lamp is located at the top and back of the box, which is regularly disinfected to kill the floating bacteria of circulating air and humidifying pan water vapor to prevent pollution.
Principle
The Co2 incubator uses an infrared CO2 Sensor to monitor and control the carbon dioxide concentration in the box, which is not affected by the temperature Humidity, ensuring stability. The circulating fan speed is automatically adjusted to reduce the wind speed in the thermostatic state and avoid sample volatilization. The door temperature heating system prevents the formation of condensate in the Glass door. The ultraviolet sterilization system regularly disinfects, and combines with the microbial Filter to filtrate impurities in the CO2 gas to maintain a sterile environment.

Notice
● Ambient Temperature should be kept at + 5~ 30 ℃.
● Environmental humidity needs to be evaporated naturally ≥ 90%.
● Ensure that the CO2 Intake Microbial Filter is normal before use.
Regularly check the functions of the UV sterilization lamp and alarm system.
● Avoid frequent opening and closing to maintain stable CO2 concentration.
● Pay attention to the maintenance of stainless steel liners and shelves when cleaning.
