Overview
The YIHENG WSZ-20A Cyclotron Shaker (Small) is a microcomputer-controlled laboratory equipment widely used in areas with high requirements for temperature and Oscillation Frequency, such as bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions, and enzyme and tissue research. The instrument features a large LCD screen, a low heat dissipation brushless DC motor, and a multi-function spring clip to ensure easy operation and efficient operation.
Features
1. Microcomputer control Temperature, Frequency and Time, built-in power-off protection function, can automatically resume operation after normal power supply.
2. Large LCD screen, can display temperature, Frequency and time at the same time, Menu Operating interface, easy to understand. Lock operation mode to prevent misoperation.
3. Low heat dissipation brushless DC motor with large starting torque, wide speed regulation, constant torque and maintenance-free.
4. The user can adjust the starting torque of the motor by himself to avoid the failure of the instrument due to excessive load. When the oscillation is too violent, the instrument will automatically stop running, and the starting and deceleration will be smooth.
5. A variety of proprietary cradles and fixtures are available, making it easy to replace them and greatly improving work efficiency.
6. Multi-stage programming function can simplify the complex test process and truly realize automatic control and operation. (optional)
Principle
The swirling Shaker precisely adjusts the Oscillation Frequency and Time through a microcomputer controller, and uses a low heat dissipation brushless DC motor to drive the tray for swirling motion with an amplitude of 20mm. Users can monitor the parameters in real time through the LCD screen, and can choose multi-stage programming function to realize automatic control.
Applications
Bacterial fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemical reactions, enzymes and tissue studies
Steps
1. Connect the power supply AC220V 50HZ.
2. Place flasks, testtubes or enzyme labels on multi-functional spring clips as needed.
3. Set parameters such as Oscillation Frequency (40~ 250rpm) and Time (0~ 5999min) through the large-screen LCD screen.
4. Start the instrument, monitor the operating status, and adjust the starting torque of the motor if necessary.
5. Turn off the power after use and clean the tray and fixture.
Notice
• To avoid the instrument not running due to excessive load, the user can adjust the starting torque of the motor by himself.
When the oscillation is too intense, the instrument will automatically stop running to ensure safety.
• When replacing cradles and fixtures, follow simple operating procedures to improve efficiency.
• When selecting a multi-stage programming controller or RS485 interface, be aware that the delivery period may be extended.
• Check the power connection before use to prevent misoperation.
