Overview
Thermostatic foster Shaker THZ-100 is a product developed by YIHENG brand with more than ten years of design and manufacturing experience and the introduction and digestion of foreign technology. It is guided by user request and is widely used in the fields of cell fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and cell tissue research with high requirements for temperature and Oscillation Frequency. It can exercise or statically foster microbial cells and various strains.

Principle
The Microcomputer Control system precisely controls the temperature and Oscillation Frequency, and combines the brushless DC motor to drive the Shaker to run smoothly to realize the foster and oscillation functions in the thermostatic environment. Safety protection mechanisms such as door switches and temperature limit alarms are built in to ensure that the equipment works safely and stably under set parameters.

Steps
1. Connect power supply AC220V 50HZ
2. Set Temperature (RT + 5~ 65 ℃), Oscillation Frequency (40~ 300rpm) and Timing (0~ 599min) by LCD Controller
3. Place the sample on the tray and secure it with a spring clip
4. Start the device and monitor the screen display parameters
5. Turn off the power after running
Notice
● When the box door is opened, it will automatically stop running, please do not force it to operate.
● Avoid liquid splashing to prevent damage to the instrument
● If the temperature exceeds the limit, the heating will be automatically cut off, and the alarm system needs to be checked regularly
Automatic control of circulating fan speed without manual intervention
● Use a soft cloth to wipe the stainless steel liner and countertop when cleaning
● The optional interface needs to be connected to the computer according to the instructions.
