Overview
YIHENG THZ-98A (single layer) thermostatic Shaker combines more than ten years of design and manufacturing experience, introduces and digests foreign technologies, and is guided by user requests. It is widely used in cell fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and cell tissue research that have high requirements for temperature and Oscillation Frequency. It can move and statically foster microbial cells and various strains, especially suitable for laboratory pilot production.

Principle
Microcomputer PID is used to control temperature and Oscillation Frequency, DC motor is used to drive oscillation, combined with circulating fan to achieve uniform temperature, and multi-stage programming mode can be selected to automatically control the operation process.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set the Temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing parameters through the large LCD screen.
3. Place the sample on the tray and choose a cradle or fixture as required.
4. Start operation, and the device automatically controls temperature and oscillation.
5. After the experiment is over, it can be automatically converted to incubator mode to continue using.
6. Optional functions such as data recording or UV sterilization can be operated on demand.
Notice
• When the box door is opened, the equipment automatically stops running to avoid temperature overshoot.
• Power supply voltage AV220V 50HZ to prevent equipment damage.
• Regularly clean the liner and components of the box, and clean it in time after use.
• Avoid liquid splashing to prevent damage to the instrument.
• When using a UV sterilization system, pay attention to safe operation.
Optional features require additional configuration, such as RS-485 interface or multi-stage programming.
