YIHENG THZ-98AB (double-decked) thermostatic Shaker integrates more than ten years of design and manufacturing experience, introduces and digests foreign technologies, and continues to innovate in technology based on user request. The product integrates incubator and Shaker, and is widely used in the fields of cell fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and cell tissue research that have high requirements for temperature and Oscillation Frequency. It can exercise or statically foster microbial cells and various strains, especially suitable for laboratory pilot production.

Principle
The thermostatic Shaker uses a microcomputer PID Control system to precisely control the temperature and Oscillation Frequency. The oscillation platform is driven by a low-heat-dissipation DC motor, and the circulating fan is combined to achieve uniform temperature distribution in the box. When the setting program is running, the device can automatically complete the thermostatic oscillation operation according to the preset parameters, and automatically convert to the incubator mode to continue working after the experiment is over.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device switch
2. Set Temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing Parameters through Large Screen LCD and Menu Operating interface
3. Install special cradles and fixtures as required
4. Place the sample and close the box door
5. Start the running program
6. After the experiment, the device can automatically switch to incubator mode to continue working
7. Monitor sample status through the observation window
8. Regularly use the UV sterilization system for disinfection in the box

• Breeze circulation, heating and Shaker will automatically stop when the box door is opened
• When the temperature exceeds the limit, the heating will be automatically cut off
• The circulating fan speed is automatically controlled to avoid sample volatilization
• Please check the fault information displayed on the LCD screen when it fails.
• Regularly use an ultraviolet sterilization system for disinfection
