Overview
YIHENG HZQ-300A (single layer) thermostatic Shaker integrates more than ten years of design and manufacturing experience, introduces and digests foreign technologies, and continuously innovates with user request-oriented technology. The product integrates incubator and Shaker, and is widely used in the fields of cell fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and cell tissue research that have high requirements for temperature and Oscillation Frequency. It is especially suitable for the movement of microbial cells and various strains, static foster and laboratory pilot production.

Principle
The thermostatic Shaker uses microcomputer PID control technology to precisely adjust the temperature and Oscillation Frequency. It is driven by a DC motor to achieve smooth oscillation, combined with a circulating fan to ensure uniform temperature. When the program is set, the device runs automatically and can be converted to incubator mode after the experiment is over to maintain a thermostatic environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set Temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing Parameters via Large Screen LCD Menu
3. Install special cradles or fixtures as required
4. Place the sample and close the box door, and the device will start running automatically
5. After the experiment, you can choose to automatically convert to incubator mode and continue to use it.
6. When using the optional function, connect a computer or printer for data monitoring and recording
