Overview
YIHENG HZQ-X300 (double-decked) thermostatic Shaker combines more than ten years of design and manufacturing experience, introduces and digests foreign technologies, and is guided by user requests. It is widely used in cell fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and cell tissue research that have high requirements for temperature and Oscillation Frequency. It can move or statically foster microbial cells and various strains, especially suitable for laboratory pilot production.

Principle
The thermostatic Shaker uses microcomputer PID control technology to precisely adjust the temperature and Oscillation Frequency. The Shaker is driven by a DC motor to achieve smooth oscillation, and the temperature in the box is maintained uniformly by combining a circulating fan and heating system. During operation, parameters can be automatically monitored and adjusted to ensure a stable foster environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Set Temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing Parameters through Large Screen LCD and Menu Operating interface.
3. Install special cradles and fixtures as required to place samples.
4. Start operation, and the device automatically controls temperature and oscillation.
5. After the experiment, you can choose to automatically switch to incubator mode or turn off the device.
6. Optional functions: use multi-stage programming mode to set complex parameters, or connect computers and printers for data recording.
Notice
• When the box door is opened, the equipment automatically stops breeze circulation, heating and Shaker to avoid temperature overshoot.
• Power supply voltage AV220V 50HZ before use to avoid improper operation.
• Regularly clean the cabinet liner, Shaker Table and shelf, and clean it in time after use.
• Pay attention to the independent temperature limit alarm system, automatically cut off heating when overheating to ensure safety.
• Avoid forced interference during equipment operation to prevent damage caused by liquid splashing.
