Overview
YIHENG HZQ-X300C (double-decked) thermostatic Shaker integrates more than ten years of design and manufacturing experience, introduces and digests foreign technologies, is user request-oriented, and continues to innovate. It is widely used in cell fostering, fermentation, hybridization, biochemistry and cell tissue research that have high requirements for temperature and Oscillation Frequency. It can move or statically foster microbial cells and various strains, especially suitable for laboratory pilot production.

1. Humanized design: integrates incubator and Shaker, occupies a small area and has a large bottle load; automatically converts to incubator at the end of the experiment; large-screen LCD display, menu operation; quiet operation; fluorine-free design; large-screen tempered thermal insulation observation window; a variety of special cradles and fixtures are available; 304 stainless steel liner, Shaker Table surface and shelf; 25mm test hole on the left side of the box.
2. Quality assurance: Parameters are automatically stored and restored in the event of a power outage; Microcomputer PID controls temperature and Oscillation Frequency, with timing function; brand Compressor and circulating fan are used, environmentally friendly without fluorine refrigerant.
3. Continuous operation guarantee: low heat dissipation DC motor, large starting torque, wide speed regulation, maintenance-free, can run continuously for a long time.

Principle
The thermostatic Shaker precisely adjusts the temperature and Oscillation Frequency through the microcomputer PID Control system, combined with the DC motor-driven oscillation platform to achieve a stable foster environment. Built-in circulating fan and heating system to ensure Temperature uniformity; UV sterilization system sterilizes the air in the box to prevent cell foster contamination; safety mechanisms such as door switches and temperature limit alarms ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device switch.
2. Set Temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing Parameters through Large Screen LCD and Menu Interface.
3. Place the sample on the Shaker Table and select the cradle or fixture as needed.
4. Start operation, and the device automatically controls temperature and oscillation.
5. After the experiment, the device can be automatically converted to incubator mode for continued use.
6. Optional function: use multi-segment programming mode or connect to a computer or printer for data recording.
Notice
• When the box door is opened, the breeze circulation, heating and Shaker automatically stop to avoid temperature overshoot.
• Power supply voltage AV220V, 50HZ to prevent equipment damage.
• Regularly clean the cabinet liner, Shaker Table and shelf, and clean it in time after use.
• Avoid forcibly opening the box door when the equipment is running to prevent sample splashing or equipment failure.
• When using a UV sterilization system, pay attention to safety protection and avoid direct exposure.
• In case of failure, check the fault information of the LCD screen and deal with it in time.
Optional features require additional configuration, such as RS-485 interface or programming control.
