YIHENG HZQ-X500 double-decked large-scale thermostatic Shaker is a device that integrates thermostatic foster and oscillation functions. It adopts LCD screen display. Principle
The device precisely controls the temperature and Oscillation Frequency through a microcomputer PID Control system, combined with three eccentric axis equilibrating drive technology to ensure uniform oscillation. During operation, the circulating fan automatically adjusts the speed to maintain uniform temperature, and has safety mechanisms such as automatic stop function when the door is opened to prevent temperature overshoot and sample volatilization. Optional features support multi-stage programming and data processing for automated control.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is AC220V 50Hz.
2. Set the Temperature, Oscillation Frequency and Timing parameters through the large LCD screen and menu interface.
3. Install special cradles and fixtures as required, and place samples.
4. Start the equipment and observe the running status to ensure a smooth start.
5. Samples can be monitored through the observation window during operation, and the optional function can be connected to a computer or printer to record data.
6. After running, turn off the equipment and clean the liner and countertop.
Notice
When the box door is opened, some functions are automatically stopped to avoid temperature overshoot.
